僕が走りながらいつも考えるのは、他人との勝ち負けはどうでもいいけど、自分との勝ち負けはすごく大事だということ。

走っているとき、つらいときにどうやってそれを克服できるかというと、自分には負けたくないということしかないんです。
昨日の自分よりはもうすこしましな自分でありたいという姿勢。
それはすごく大事なことだと思う。
