「最近はデザインわかってないデザイナーもどきが多い」とは言うが、
まあ、そりゃそうなって当然だろうよ。
昨今、実践を通じてデザイナーが育つ場なんか、どこにもないんだから。

今時のデザイナーの求人は、全て実務経験者のみ。
実務経験○年以上が当たり前。
アシスタントなんか募集している会社は、ほぼ無い。
非正規での募集は多いが、まともなヤツはまず応募しないね。
正社員じゃないと職歴（実務経験）扱いされないからね。

つまり今、だーれもデザイナーを育てていないんだよ。
こうしている間も、日本ではデザイナー育成が完全ストップ状態。
後継者なんか期待するなよ？　今後まず現れないだろうから。

実務経験の壁を知っているから、若者はもうデザイナーなんか目指さないよ。
これから零細企業は、残り少ない高齢デザイナーを
死に物狂いで奪い合うしか生き残る道が無い。
